The Ultimate home sound system is a unique work of Art by the artists Chinthaka Thenuwara and Poornima Jayasinghe. Restored with love old vintage HiFi Stereos speakers, radios, tape recorders, turntables, many sorts of forgotten audio formats, hand pick and donated Vinyl collections, CD’s, DVD’s, Cassettes and other audio formats are exhibited in a space which feels like a friendly, cozy Living room. This space is now open to private viewing. Re listen to your favorite music from your past and have endless conversations with the artists who have a wide knowledge of the acquirement used and the history behind them.

As a non-profit Artist led Art organisation, CoCA very much appreciate the continuous support of our communities to sustain our projects.
CoCA, kindly invites you to make a donation when using the Listening Room facilities.
Restoration – Our expert team will repair your Hifi gear and old radios. Your Contribution will support dying art of restoring communities to remain sustain.
Donate – Old Radios, HI FI Stereos Equipments, LP’s, Speakers, CD’s, Tapes, we will restore and use in our Art projects.
Are you planning chill out evening with small group of friends, a fundraiser or special event?
The Listening Room at no 33, Gothami rd is available for private parties on evenings when we don’t have a show or other event scheduled. If, your event is open to the public and fits in with our CoCA vision, we may have other options available – let’s chat!!
The Place is ideal for Movies and Game nights too!!
To get a real test of the Listening Room our mini fridge can be stock with drinks & snacks or you can bring your own.
Guest Houses
Come as a guest, Leave as a friend
In the heart of city Colombo 8 we have 3 Cozy guesthouses, in a highly secure, peaceful, artistic environment surrounded by lush green.
All 3 guest houses are furnished with restored antique furniture by the CoCA Artists. Within 4 minutes walking distance to the main road all amenities within short walking distance [supermarkets, shops, food outlets, medical centers and public transport services. etc ]
Our guest houses are equipped with attached bathroom with hot water shower, Living Dinning area with mini Pantry. The Gas cooker, Cylinder and Fridge are provided for Guests. Studio space can be arrange on request and availability.
Game and Movie Space
Fun and interactive Art space to hang out with your friends. This entire space is build using reclaim, donated and discarded materials and objects.
You can bring your own game boards or you can use ours. We can play our unique and ultimate home HI FI to keep you entertain. Or, join with Geeks for fun and friendly game nights at CoCA space.
We resorted a Foosball table just for you!! Thanks to our donors many more to come.
Our mini fridge can be stock with homemade snakes or you can bring your own and enjoy a game night along with a movie night. We have our 5000 movies in our collection. We are so grateful for our friends to donating this valuable collection for CoCA.
The space can also be use for artists presentations and discussions.
